David Booth

I was the 11th employee at On Deck. First I ran the now-defunct On Deck Writer Fellowship, then I helped launch ODX, and now I build products to help people make stronger connections within On Deck.

In a past life, I cofounded a real estate tech startup called Castle that raised $4mm from Khosla Ventures, Y Combinator, and some other big-name investors before imploding spectacularly. But it was a wild ride along the way!

I also write a weekly email newsletter called Candy for Breakfast about funny feelings, niche intellectual interests, and how to be alive:
